I was charged for parts that were not installed. I had a brake issue just after Dawson completed a brake job and had to get it checked out in a different city where I was working. It was the calipers. But I thought Dawson did my calipers?? Dawson charged me for calipers and didn’t replace them. When I called them the lady was very rude and said there was nothing she could do about it and to stop arguing with her. Unless you like paying for parts that you don’t get, I do not recommend Dawson Truck. 0/5 stars
