Worse than terrible.. had a slow leak in a new Pirelli tire. The 2 PRS guys had a difficult time getting the tire off the rim.. then they couldn't find the hole because they didn't mark right, so they started sticking their big tire awl through my new tire to find the hole on the inside. You might do this if you're going to plug the tire, but it only messes with the integrity of the tire when you're just putting on a patch.. $25 to fix.. when I get back on I-40 my car is shaking so much I have to drive 60mph all the way to Norman, OK.. where a reputable tire shop balances my tire and discovers that the PRS guys had scraped off a bunch of weights from the inside of my rim with their tire machine making it way out of balance.. another $15. Back on the road the tire is still losing air... so when I get home my local shop finds the tire is still leaking in the same place... PRS guys can't even put on a patch correctly... my local shop can and finally fixes the leak. Nightmare over !
