Definitely would NOT recommend Texas born performance. Brought my truck in for a check engine light and rough idle, and wanted it diagnosed. Didn’t hear from anyone for 4 days. They called me on the 5th day saying my truck was finished and was going to be $1700. I show up, pay in full, go outside to start the truck and it’s got the check engine light on and still a rough idle. They are then apologetic and assure me “they will figure it out”. I have to leave the truck and wait for them to try and diagnose it again. The truck sits outside the shop for 5 days untouched, until I call and ask when they can start it and pull it back into the bay. One of the guys said he would start it the next day (Friday) the truck sits outside the shop untouched again until the following Thursday. I went up there that morning to get an accurate timeframe. They told me it would be at the least 3 more weeks. Never fixed the truck never got any money back. Money down the drain.
