We are all settled into our new home. I am sending this note to express our happiness with your company. Of the 8 new custom homes we’ve had built for us over the past 20 years, we have never encountered a firm that goes to the lengths you folks do. Although this new home build was my wife’s idea, I’m very happy she talked me into it. One always puts more into things that got missed last time, incorporating them this time. Both the inside and outside spaces you created for us, are examples of absolute perfection. You guys nailed it all down beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Our sincerest thanks to all of your design team, and your construction teams. They are all imaginative, artistic, skilled, courteous, considerate, and true craftspeople. We will most definitely be recommending you to everybody we know. Thank you again, to everybody at Universal Design and Construction. Continued success! Cheers, Dr. Robert and Marj O’Connor Edmonton, Alberta July 25, 2018
