You can always tell a good realtor by their attentiveness and quick response. Greg has both these attributes and more and our experience with him was excellent. We made our move from Ontario to South Surrey BC without physically seeing our purchase and our friends thought we were crazy....but a great realtor makes you feel like distance isn't a factor.
