Would like to report Raymond Fong who worked as a realtor under Regent Park. He represented the seller and scamed the buyer. The A/C unit was broken and he misrepresented that the apartment has central A/C system (in reality each apartment unit has its own A/C system) and communicated with our realtor that the A/C system is functional. Once we found out that it was broken, he refuses to communicate or negotiate with our realtor despite the legal contract stating that the A/C should be functional. Will be reporting this Raymond Fong and Regent Park Realty to the BC Financial Services Authority and BBB for Breach of Contract, Misrepresentation, Professional misconduct, Negligence and possible fraud.
