Hammoudah unwillingly became my representative without signing a buyer’s representation agreement (BRA) and provided no service or value to the purchase of my home from the builder. After meeting with Hammoudah twice, I purchased a home that he did NOT find! Nonetheless, I felt forced to give him a commission as I stupidly mentioned that I was interested in that property. I have also said to him numerously that I DO NOT need a real estate agent for the purchase of a brand-new home (builder). Overall my experience was horrible due to the following: - He did not offer advice on negotiation - He did not negotiate on my behalf - He did not provide specific knowledge on the property - He failed to keep his promise (pay lawyer fees of $1500) - Failed to respond to my emails and texts before closing Hammoudah is inexperienced and was a burden to the purchase of my new home. I would give negative stars if I could.
