One of the agents is openly engaged to a Patched Motorcycle gang member, I would think that this affects badly on the Royal LePage name when potential or current clients see this all over social media. I am aware that RECO has no jurisdiction over social matters that are not conducted under a business transaction but thought maybe the brokerage itself may feel otherwise. Someone in a licensed position should refrain from behaviour that negatively impacts, or is likely to negatively impact an employers legimate business interests. I know I personally would not want to have an agent representing me who is known to be involved with someone associated with criminal activity.
