Mr. Mitrofan is a real estate agent recommended by my business friend. At first I was hesitant, because he is bold, blunt, and boisterous. However, I agreed with him that his tactics are out of my comfort zone. I gave him a try, and low and behold, he was right about his strategies-- from the quality and amount spent on renovation would determine the price my condominium in downtown Toronto would sell. His estimate of selling price was also quite accurate. He did everything he said he would do, from helping me move items, to overseeing the renovations, to selling within a short period of time (5 days!). It was clean cut, and that worked out really well for me, as I was out of the country and not able to be there in person. The renovation photos were stunning (I thought I'd like to live in there again!). Overall, at the end, I'm much impressed with Mr. Mitrofan's real estate insights, methods, and highly recommend him, for anyone who likes true promises, fast speed, and convenient.
