Not a good experience! Started with no one showing for a quote that was scheduled. The office never called to say no one was coming either. I called to make new arrangements. Tech was supposed to arrive between 8 and 9 am….. shows up at 7:30 am for the quote. We schedule the work to be done. Tech shows up well passed the scheduled time and no heads up about it. Now the work…… Absolutely poor! Tech was missing caulking in his truck so had to come back the next day. The caulking job is an absolute disaster……. I do not recommend this company due to lack of better customer service and quality in their work.
