Terrible quality and service. If I could give a minus 10 stars I would. I bought all my doors and windows from them and it was a nightmare from the start. Now my front door is warped less than a year old and they are saying it was due to install? The hinge in the middle is clearly crooked as confirmed by the inspector Festim. Now they are saying it’s 50% warranty !?!! They refuse to respond even after spending around $20,000 with them. Wish I went with another company … DON’T BUY FROM THEM you will REGRET IT !!! General Manager Will Tait doesn’t respond to emails no wonder the staff don’t care they just follow the leader ..,
