We ordered and received three sets of doors with sidelites and a storm door four years ago. We had numerous problems initially with the screen door and the glass insert had to be re-manufactured. The screen also had to be resized. Then we had trouble with glass in 2 of the sidelites as the rubber seals started to move outside their position. The first winter, the glass moveable insert in one door leaked resulting in a buildup of humidity inside. They replaced that window. For the first six months the one door was very hard to close. The bottom seal was rubbing on the doorstep. Now that that seal has fallen off it works fine but I doubt it keeps out the cold. Most recently the screen that covers that window has jammed in it's tracks. We are unable to clean the glass behind that screen. Southfield suggested we force it open with a screwdriver. We did that and in the process broke a clip below the window. We are afraid of doing further damage.
