Extremely deceptive business practices. Paid $282.50 to Window Medics Ottawa in May 2026 for an ineffective window de-fogging. Paid a further $209.05 deposit to technician Nasir Mahmood in August 2026 for replacement glass promised for early September. It is now mid-October, no glass has arrived, and owner Michael Joasil and his "Window Medics Team" are completely evading emails, texts and calls. Their "call center" trick promises a call back but this only happens if you pretend to be a brand-new customer looking to spend money. A formal breach of contract notice under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act has been issued and legal action will follow. Avoid this company at all costs.
