Bought windows from QSI years ago. One side spring broke on window. When I called QSI I got Nordic windows. No one explained why until I asked. Girls on the phone great!! Amin called back and I missed his call. I called back. We played phone tag twice that day. I talked to office and gave them another number and carried phone with me. They never called back. Won’t use them in future because of this. It wasn’t until I left an email that someone from the office called me back. Too late!! Disappointed as QSI was great to work with
