Dan Gehres took our $4,000 deposit in March 2020 and when the windows were not ready when expected he strung us along for months with excuses why they were not in. When we told him we found windows with another company and asked for our money back, Dan said that he could not get us the windows and was not able to return our $4,000 deposit. We are proceeding with small claims court.
