Mike Ciric (AVOID) is unprofessional and doesn't know what he is doing. Dented one of the moldings initially. Screwed up different windows three times and had to redo them, and two still have issues that need fixing (a 3" wrinkle and lifting,) but he wont stand by his work and redo them. On one visit he scratched my drivers door outside glass somehow badly! He even acknowledged it but did nothing! Thankfully I was able to push out the dent and polish out the scratches with cerium oxide mostly, but that was work and cost HE should have paid (lucky I didn't take him to court.) I had to get Xpel head office to get me a refund on it. They don't care either it seems even though their warranty specifically states lifting, etc in it but Xpel won't make them fix it (say its civil, I really should have taken them to court!)... Film isn't very good (Xpel Prime XR series) and has slight orange peel and not totally clear. Has a slight optical bloom to it in sunlight. XR+ is different color totally then regular XR film (one is grey the other brown.)
