Unbelievably poor communication and lack of professionalism. the owner arrived 15min late for our meeting, forgetting all his material and pricing. After ordering and paying for 12 windows + install and a patio door we had three callbacks to adjust or replace 3 windows and the patio door leaked. We had to replace the frame which took months to receive. This process began spring 2022 and have only now completed the transaction Aug 2023. Our biggest issue was our attempts to communicate and understand what was happing were being completely ignored. Zero apology or acceptance of any issue on their part. Final insult came when we received an invoice much higher than the quote. They refused to adjust or acknowledge their mistake even after all of the problems throughout this process. The bill was adjusted after we provided their original quote, with no apologies. My clients nor I will ever work with this company or suggest anyone else does.
