I purchased a car in Sept, 2021 at Auction in Alberta and shipped to Massachusetts. Through the ordeal Lindsay showed she didn’t know the business, didn’t follow up, and had a nasty attitude; - Getting pictures was like pulling teeth, she later threw this in my face as if it was a favor.. - At one point I mentioned the business wasn’t very easy to confirm. She threatened to cancel the deal. -Cars coming from Canada to the US need a CBP-7501 form. Never mentioned.. -I was told Mackie Transport would supply the CBP-7501. No... - I had to chase Jam imports for it.. Jam (whom EG chose) finally sent it- no explanation.. EG provided a Consignment Form and told me it was “all I need”. It had the wrong mileage, but even corrected, it wasn’t enough. Another trip to the RMV. - Cars brought into the US need Bills of Sale (in this case two) that show the continuity from the last owner. Again- a surprise to Lindsay. Had to drag it out of her, with more lip.
