Crooked Business

My friend and her daughter made a lighting purchase this week and paid for the item. However, instead of providing the item paid for, the salesperson wanted my friend to return the next day to get her purchase. My friend asked for her money back and the salesperson refused then called the police to report that she was begging harassed by my friend. How can you pay for an item then be expected to return the next day to get it without a rational and logical explanation? This is unheard of. A customer without the money would not be given the item then asked to return the next day with payment so why would a business expect the customer to pay, leave without the item then refuse to issue a refund? These people are crooked as they would then claim that the customer took the purchase with them then the next day claim they didn't get it. My friend got a refund after the police arrived and after her daughter wax traumatized by the event. Shameful!
