customer service and numersous issues

So it was suggested I contact the comptroller Teresa Pollen on April 29, 2019. She said she would review the file and get back to me by the end of the week. I followed up again on May 17, 2019 when I didn't hear back. Still nothing. Now again on June 27th, 2019. Go elsewhere. Once they have your money. They don't care.
