They are part of an online hiring scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO!!!! They will ask you to fill out a W-4 to get your social and then ask you to deposit a check into your bank account to pay for 'office supplies and furniture' . The check will be processing and your start date will be coming up - So they try to convince you to pay out of pocket until the check clears. Which it never will because it's fraudulent.
