Don't expect to hear back from this company

Oh my goodness. What a shower these people are. I spent a week and numerous calls trying to speak to them, but apparently all calls are noted down and they meet once a week (on a Tuesday) to discuss and call people back. yes, a week just g=to get a call ack. Imagine how poor the following customer service will be. Despite my project being large and definitely within their skill sets, they decided (with no actual knowledge of the details to make a decision) that it was not the sort of project they would take on. Based on my incredibly poor experience (and I engage with professional services firms every day of the week and have done for over 30 years in business) I would not touch them with a bargepole.
