I did not have a good experience in dealing with her for cancellation/interruption insurance. I had to cancel a trip for medical reasons. I paid for the insurance according to her instructions. When I sent my claim in, the company said my payment was late. After much emailing and stress, I FINALLY got my $5,000. back about six months later. Although a nice person, I felt Ms Birtley did not have the necessary knowledge to advise me correctly.
