Please do yourself the biggest favour and do not use this man! I wouldn't give him even this one star. He crosses professional lines that should never be crossed! He collects his money after listening and does not give any true professional counsel. Don makes snide, cutting and insulting comments. He offhandedly throws out 'diagnosis's' that he is both unqualified to do as well as uninformed. Don does not handle his sessions with integrity. He speaks ill of other people involved and chimes in as though it is a gossip session. Don cannot be trusted in his field. I cannot emphasize enough to you to look elsewhere.
