Unfortunately, I would not recommend using any of Michelle Hayes' services involving children, but perhaps she is more proficient in addressing adult issues. She seemed to have no concern with the best interest of the child and was completely dismissive about listening to the voice of the child or expressing the child's wishes, but rather appeared only concerned with her own agenda. Very disappointing given her credentials.
