Cancelled last moment!!! Judging by many other reviews, it seems like a standard practice. We confirmed it three times by phone about moving today. We were assured by Thomas, all confirmed. Saturday morning, got a call truck is at maintenance and he is trying to sort it. 10:00 we called to find out what is happening, we got to know truck has some issues and Driver is in Kelowna. He can do moving day after for cheaper price. We had sales possession today so had to move out. Sunday was not the option. It was very unprofessional of him to cancel on us last moment. We ended up calling another company who very kindly accommodated us after calling 20+ companies. Though it costed us little more and I was happy to pay them as well. Just want to make everyone aware. I am sure the owner is going to answer this review as well coming up with his sobbing story just like any other comments. Everyone “DO NOT BOOK THEM”. Unprofessional. Made my day stressful which otherwise should have been smooth.
