Fees were not transparent, and the final cost was several thousand more than expected. Items were lost from storage, and extensive damage to items. Overpriced insurance would not cover all damages. Damage also to my newly built home, which was also not covered. A horrendous experience, adding significant stress to an already difficult move. This company is a disaster. Reported to BBB, but the company would not respond. I cannot stress enough, but this company should be avoided at all costs. Sickening!!!
