Had the absolute worst moving experience of my life with Bust-A-Move. What should have been the easiest and simplest move turned out to be the most frustrating and expensive (for amount of stuff and distance moved). Because I moved most of my belongings on my own, Bust-A-Move only had to move my furniture (from a 1 BR apt) and a few containers out of storage into my new apartment. Both buildings had elevators and the moving distance was less than 2 km. What made the move horrendous is that the movers arrived without a toolkit and they didn't realize until a full hour into the move. We had to wait for the company headquarters to send a kit so that they could dismantle some of my larger furniture. The toolkit didn't arrive until two hours into the move! As a result, my move took significantly longer and cost more than it should. In the end, the move took a total of 6.25 hours and cost me more than $2000 ($1873 + tip).
