RUDE

Where do I start so I'm supposed to get delivery yesterday never showed up they called rebooked cool right on it's all excited today supposed to get it 9-1 supposedly the driver came supposedly the driver rang my doorbell as I'm supposedly waiting for them/they to show up as I'm extremely excited for my Christmas present. To find out from the operations manager the driver is already back in Edmonton and he is not going to send the driver back out to drop off the delivery like they're supposed to instead he argues with me treats like I'm three years old belittles me condescending, rude and arrogant not to mention he takes the tone with me over the phone like he's my husband or my child which I do not and will not take from anybody especially from someone who I have to pay to deliver the product. As a customer, it would be nice if this gentleman had some courtesy and some common sense I would not use them again. without us customers, you won't have a job for long.
