They stand in front of the locked mailbox and throw the package on the ground!
Repeatedly the delivery professional stands in front of my $400. locked mailbox and throws the package on the ground. I have tried to send emails and got no response. I have spoken to delivery people directly over the last year and still this happens. Today I also tried to phone and no one answers the phone. Very frustrating. I live in an area where packages are quickly stolen. THAT is why I invested in a $400 locked mailbox. Does anyone have a suggestion for how I can change their behavior?
