Awful! Just Bad! What a Nightmare! All 4 times I had no other option but to use them. Texted an Internet line to tell me they were holding my package, even though it doesn’t receive texts, idk why but it doesn’t. Then according to the date of expected delivery they called to tell me I had less than 12 hours to pay duty fees or they were going to send it back. THE DAY IT WAS EXPECTED! For some reason the duty fees are ALWAYS more with them AND the first two times they “couldn’t” tell me before hand what the cost was, and changed me at my door, and claimed they would email me a receipt because they can’t print them. NIGHTMARE every single time!
