I recently my children attended the basketball tryouts.. Unfortunately, I was left extremely disappointed by the overall experience and the apparent lack of transparency during the process. From the beginning, it was evident that there were inconsistencies in how the tryouts were conducted. It felt like a disorganized attempt that left participants feeling uncertain about their chances. Furthermore, was evident the presence of favoritism throughout the tryouts. It seemed that certain players were given more attention and opportunities than others, which raises questions about the fairness of the evaluation process. This not only undermines the integrity of the tryouts but also creates an environment of mistrust among parents and players.
