I made this mistake in 2022 under the recommendation of a trusted realtor. Without first making confirmation of the legal services cost, I entrusted PD Corp to do my legal services. Big Mistake! His Legal Assistant did ALL the work. I lonly saw him the final day of signing the paperwork. Warning! Not to be trusted! I give him a one star rating only because you can't give him zero stars.
