Hi; I live in Mosquito Creek co-op on 21-1745 Fell Avenue North Vancouver BC and I have a problem. We co-op members finished paying our mortgage on August 1, 2021, but our Board of Directors refused to lower down our Housing Charges by 35% and continue to this day collecting mortgage from us members despite strong opposition, $411-/month-. This is our / members’ money and decision to make not the Board of Directors' money or decision to make!! January 1, 2023 total: $7,398-/unit – we have 67 units – Grand total: $495,667-. This is NOT RIGHT! Can You help me? I do not want to pay the mortgage which I no longer have and I just want my mortgage money back.
