We had a very bad experience with Martha. She doesn’t respond in a timely manner , makes a lot of mistakes , not a responsible person at all , tells you that she will get documents done but doesn’t do it. when you call her to ask when it will be done , she says soon but again doesn’t do it. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress for us.
