Unfortunately, I attempted to use Curtis on a very straightforward real estate transaction. When the builder sent time sensitive material to Curtis, he failed to let me know he had received such time sensitive information. The result cost me over $2000, and Curtis was not willing to correct the situation that was completely his fault. On top of that, he was an incredibly rude and defensive when I approached him about it. Victim blaming 101. Naturally, after this happened (part-way through the deal) I ended my business with Curtis and used another lawyer that I was very happy with, and have since stuck with. Curtis is completely incompetent, but will blame you when something goes wrong.
