BEFORE you consider hiring John Annen, PLEASE do yourself a favor - read his reviews on Google, and especially on LawyerRatings website. My experience with him was horrible. He took much too long to get simple documents back to me, and when he did they were full of errors. My mother passed away at 93, in a LTC home, and with severe dementia. Despite telling Mr. Annen this at least 3 times, he somehow interpreted that to mean my mother was operating as a CORPORATION, and insisted that my sister and I had told him that during our meeting. Mr. Annen loves to hear himself talk, but does not listen to his customers. His lack of attention to detail is appalling. The only thing he did a good job on was calculating his bill, which was just short of $1500 for ONE meeting and a simple government document that was riddled with errors. I have filed a complaint, as have other customers, with the Law Society. AVOID THIS LAWYER!!
