The company has some very good coaches and swim courses. However, their communications is very bad and does not reflect a modern high standards company, especially was children are involved. It is almost impossible to contact them by phone (which should be normal) and discuss any questions and concerns. Rather, everything is via email, takes ages and forces the parent to look elsewhere to other providers.
