We purchased an Am/Sec safe from Security Lock two years ago. It was more expensive than some other brands, but it was also better built and they vowed to stand behind their product. We initially experienced an intermittent issue with the electric combo and contacted the owner. He gave us some troubleshooting tips and said he would take care of it. We are a busy family, so we unfortunately put this problem on the backburner and forgot about it. Finally one day I remembered the issue so I stopped by their shop. We discovered it had been two years since we had purchased the safe-oops! And I had not followed up in all that time. I felt bad and expected to be told the warranty period was up, I neglected to act in a timely manner etc. Instead Anthony said he remembered the issue and agreed to fix it. I agreed to pay $45 trip charge but that was fine considering my neglect. In the end I got a brand new combo and everyone was great. These people are honorable and stand by their word!
