Incredible morons. I have a high security lock on my door. Told them that. Have all the paperwork, security cards, live in the home i want the keys made for, have the blanks that I paid $20 for but they can't copy them. If your job is a no brainer then use a standard key copy machine. Don't waste your time on these folks.
