Avoid this place at all cost. Owner died a couple of years ago and his wife owns it now. Nice lady but has no business sense. The clown that she has running the place is a total loser, smokes in the shop with no consideration for anyone else, knows some things about machining but otherwise is one of the dumbest and most unprofessional people I have ever worked around. He thinks he's something but he's totally unimpressive. He also lives with the owner, like a 60 year old teenager living with his mother. They have been in steady decline since the owner died. I had 2 paychecks bounce in the 9 months I worked there, never had that happen before anywhere else. They are always on the verge of running out of work, admitted that the company is basically bankrupt and there's no future for this place. Work there at your own risk.....
