Absolutely horrible I left messages and I tried calling I finally got through first thing Saturday morning because my little Yorkie 5 pounds was having diarrhea issues and passing blood they were not even a least bit interested and couldn't even recommend any place to take her and this is supposed to be her regular vet. I can't believe how they treat dogs like they don't even care. If I could have spoken to a vet I would have. But customer service over the phone is horrible
