My family has come to this office for years, spending thousands of dollars. I brought a litter of 3 puppies to have a exam and get their first shots. They mom is a patient as well, however I paid $54 a puppy to get a shot and deworming. It’s now time for the second shot and I was told it will be $74 this time. I asked why? The manager told me because the other doctor I seen is retiring and I will not see him. She stated a new doctor is there and that they will be charged another exam and because this doctor charges more money. I have called 5 other vets and was quoted $30 per pup. They are price gouging and the care I received the first visit was not the best. They told me a puppy was sick only by looking at him. Didn’t tell me why they thought he was sick. Yet, they want $70 a puppy and then when I told them how I felt the manager tried offering me the same price of $54 to be seen today. I canceled my appointment and will go somewhere professional and knowledgeable. I just want my babies to be healthy. This place is about money not these family pets that we love as our family.
