Thank you so much New Look for your help with my glasses. I brought in a new prescription and grabbed some bww frames, after about a 2 week wait they were ready... but somerhinf was wrong. Immedietly my vision was strange and my eyes hurt. I was told to come bacl in 2 weeks to make sure my eyes were not just adjusting. They werent and i came back. New look helped me contact my optometrist (different store) and have my eyes relooked at. And it turned out my prescription was wrong! New look quickly and without additinal charge, helped me get my true prescription. Thank you so much!
