First time and my last time I will ever visit this establishment. The second I walked in, I knew I should have left. Nobody speaks any english, barely any french save for the actual optometrists. The employees on the sales floor were pestering me to purchase anything since the second I walked in. I felt like I was in a bazaar rather than an optometrist's office. Did the eye exam, doctor was fine but didn't really answer any questions I had, he referred me to the sales lady's (who can't answer any of my questions, because they don't speak the language or have the knowledge to answer them). Finally went to pay for the exam and they refused to give me my prescription. Again kept giving me pricing options. Oh and the cherry on top, after a few days, I noticed my glasses were bent ever so slightly, not enough to need a new pair but just enough that it had bothered my sight and gave me pain (they took my glasses to examine them).
