Had TWO boats serviced. Told needed parts for one boat. . Was told it is on back order. followed numerous times and told the same thing. Guaranteed that parts would arrive in spring. Brought boat back and the PART WASA NEVER REPLACED. After four months just by cleaning filters it the engine worked fine. Furthermore changed other parts which were NOT required. My second boat we were told a part was required but NO LONGER manufactured. I found the part in the US. was told the part was no good, but installed the part anyways. Had to remove it and return it to the US. Furthermore, changed sparkplugs without authorization as well as the safety lanyard ( which did not work) . Both boats were NOT diagnosed properly. Unauthorized work performed. Incorrect information provided. TERRIBLE..
