I ordered a new winter cover for my Hunter 410 in November, 2022. Genco came through on their delivery date even though I ordered late. Genco stands by their product 1000%! My cover was built in five sections. One section needed some adjusting. Genco came back to the marina in Midland, ON, and picked up the section, made the adjustments needed in their factory, and returned the section SAME DAY and installed it! I am extremely pleased with Genco's quality of product and the fact they always stand by their work. I have had Geno build all my canvas (dodger/bimini) covers since 1996.
