this review will encourage you to try an event at ACT. initially i had some problems with making contact with the box office but when i got assistance from Stephanie everything was lined up smoothly. I attended a great show together with 2 of my clients who are big ABBA fans. the concert venue had good visuals and sound, seemingly from every seat, and the sold out show was filled with excitement. what about the flow from parking lot (paid unfortunately) to lobby to seating? all friendly, enthusiastic staff. we were directed to Mike for support in our wheelchair section and there was a slight misunderstanding which he corrected for us and made it feel like a family outing. So greatly appreciated and recommend a promotion for this fellow. What about Arch who stood by the doors offering guidance to each and every guest , he also deserves high praise. This well appointed concert hall is relatively convenient for us and we will not hesitate to participate in the upcoming events. With grati
