My 2022 car was in a collision that damaged the front drivers side. Jack’s towed my car and had my car in their care for a week before the towed it to our autobody shop. To my disappointment my car now fas sustained further damage both to the interior and exterior during its time in Jack’s towing’s care. The rear bumper, rear passenger side around wheel well and quarter panel, front passenger side tire and rim, rear seat from loose debris and glass that came off the car and was thrown on the seat. Additionally an item was also lost in transport. When I called to ask about the additional damage their dispatch told me that’s how they received the vehicle. Positive I took extensive photos that show otherwise. Not impressed with the lack of their response so far, which has been zero in trying to rectify the issue.
