I broke down at Gordon and 594 at about 5:15 am on the 14 August 20226 when the gas tank strap rusted through and dropped the fron of the tank. Deanna the dispatcher said she would send a truck there promptly. That is what she did. A gentleman showed up and quickly loaded it onto the flatbed and took it to their yard. He offered to come back and get the boat I was towing but I told him I currently was trying to rent a truck to take it home. I ended up renting a truck and getting the boat home. I then located the parts to fix the truck and returned on the 20th of August and changed out the tanks with new straps. When I first called them Deanna had said that I could repair it in the yard and that is what I did. All of them were very professional and helpful in every way. They made it as painless as they could for me and I appreciate it greatly. Thanks, Jay Wilson
